Marcella Zanki

Marcella Zanki is an experienced Croatian film director of Italian origin who holds a Visual Communication Master’s Degree from UMAS. Her work combines strong visuals and an artistic approach with psychological flair across commercials, documentaries, short films and music videos.

Marcella’s short film “ODE TO YOUTH” premiered on NOWNESS and she made a series of documentaries for VICE. Marcella won MTV and other awards for music videos and was in Vogue’s official selection for a fashion film. Her TVC “Tvoja Cockta, Tvoja stvar” received awards and provoked strong public reactions in the Balkans. Beyond filmmaking, Marcella is an analogue photographer with her work featured in publications such as VICE, VOGUE.it, NAKID MAGAZINE, ELLE MAGAZINE, ROLLING STONE, SOMEWHERE MAGAZINE, HYPEBAE etc.
